1. What is Artisa?
Artisa is a premium lifestyle brand that designs and manufactures multi-functional, stylish, and durable bags and backpacks. Every product is thoughtfully crafted to blend utility with elegance.
2. Where can I purchase Artisa products?

3. Are your bags waterproof?
Yes! Most of our bags, including the Nomad Luxe Rolltop 2.0, are made with water-resistant or waterproof materials. Product descriptions clearly indicate the waterproof rating.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it directly from your Order History if you're logged into your account.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered. We also offer exchanges for manufacturing defects.

7. My backpack doesn’t match the website photo. What should I do?
Please email us at care@artisa.in with your order ID and clear images. We’ll resolve the issue swiftly.
8. What if I ordered the wrong color or size?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at care@artisa.in immediately. Once shipped, exchanges are possible only for valid reasons (e.g., manufacturing defect).
9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available in most regions. However, for select pin codes and products, we may require prepayment.
10. Can I customize or personalize my bag?
Currently, we don’t offer customization. But we’re working on exciting features – stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter!
11. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're currently focused on deliveries within India, but global shipping will be available soon.
